A: You bet. The model that we follow is based on the fundamental idea that your wedding is custom, shouldn’t your wedding media be that way too? Our cross-trained employees are able to perform multiple services in order to effectively meet your needs and maintain your bank account. Furthermore, KNM Productions’ approach to packages is customization and we don’t want to tie you into any firm packages, rather allow for flexibility in booked hours and services.
A: When booking multiple services, KNM Productions is actually very competitive. However, our unwritten saying is, “You get what you pay for,” and we stand by that. Although our prices are on the higher end, what we offer makes it worth it. Every one of our clients works alongside our Planning Team to ensure success; has access to our client portal to make communication, contracting, and payment a breeze; and above all else, our five-star service, experience, and top of the line equipment ensures that your day is both memorable and captured.
A: Goodness, no. We know that weddings and events are expensive, and we want to be conscious of that. We require a 35% down-payment on your event at the time of signing and the rest in full by the day of the event. However, KNM Productions will soon be able to offer flex-payments that will allow you to pay down your event on your schedule.
A: D) All of the above. We can accept all the payments in question; however, we cannot accept payment through Venmo™, CashApp™, etc. If you would like to pay with a bank account or credit card, we bill through PayPal and a 3% convenience fee is added to the total bill. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to pay, you are able to checkout as a Guest.
A: Yes! If a bride or groom is a veteran or on active-status military duty OR is currently a member of law enforcement, fire fighter, EMT, or any other on-site emergency responder you are eligible to get 10% off your total bill. We do not automatically apply this discount, so be sure to let us know and we will thank you for your service! This offer does not apply to any other offers or promos and does not stack. The best offer will be reflected on your bill.
